In fair to good condition just because there are Vintage and have creases in the leather which happens pretty much always in patent finish. They are very rare. Some of these rare Dr Martens sell up to $600 on Etsy or secondary retailers but they will have rips or defects, and some overpriced and not vintage. They are a 7 men, I usually am an euro 39 or somewhere between a 8.5 - 9 US women. I had been looking for the 1460 style of these but couldn\'t find so these were the closest thing! I washed them with just a humid cloth, they would do great with a clear coat to refresh the patent. I also changed the laces in a green instead of the regular black which can be easily replaced. NOTE 1: these being a 7 men, can fit a 9/9.5 women, they\'ll just will be a bit wider and roomier.
