The folds of velvet reflect the light so well, the true color is hard to capture. It is a must-see and is sure to bring the wearer many glowing compliments! The inside circumference is approximately 20.5\" which is about 6.25\" diameter. Please measure the wearer\'s head, or another well-fitting hat, carefully to ensure a good fit.
